Porcelain veneers are one of the most conservative and aesthetic techniques used in daily dental practice. Recently dentists have often been forced to utilize a prepless veneers at the request of their patients; a force driven by considerable marketing efforts suggesting that patients' smiles can be drastically improved without drilling, shots, or removal of healthy tooth structure. This presentation will emphasize the advantages, disadvantages, when and how to use prepless veneers, and other alternatives to this technique.
